
Millichope & Jean Jackson scholarships: Sam King

Sam King, BSc (Hons) Countryside & Environment Management student, has received a Millichope Scholarship and a Jean Jackson Scholarship at Harper Adams University.
Sam, 29, from Stockport, Cheshire said: “The Millichope Scholarship will allow me to undertake further study outside of university, with the Field Studies Council.
“The Millichope Scholarship creates new possibilities and improves life opportunities.
“In addition, the Jean Jackson scholarship, worth £10,000, will give me the opportunity to undertake a voluntary placement at Fenn's, Whixall & Bettisfield Mosses
“Without this most generous scholarship, I’d not be able to undertake this unique placement opportunity.”
Sam’s ambitions are towards becoming a senior partner in an Environmental Consultancy.
